 Art. 2 Categories of personal data concerned

When you contact us as a potential customer, supplier or other business partner, we collect or obtain personal data, which  include, but is not limited to:

• personal identification data: surname and first name(s), title, address, telephone number, email address;
• financial identification data: bank account number.

Art. 3 Purposes of the processing

The processing of the categories of personal data concerning you is necessary for the performance of the contract that we conclude with you or the pre-contractual measures that you request and in the pursuit of our legitimate interests such as identifying the representatives of our customers or providing us with proof of the proper performance of our contractual obligations.

Apart from these assumptions, we rely on your consent to process the standard categories of personal data concerning you for the following purposes:

• management of customers, suppliers, etc.;
• billing and accounting;
• the proper organisation of our services.

Art. 4 Recipients of the data

We reserve the right to disclose your personal information in the cases provided for by law, or where we believe that disclosure is necessary in order to protect our rights and/or to comply with a court proceeding, an order, a request from an authority or any other legal process that is imposed on us.

Art. 5 International data transfers

We do not intend to transfer your personal data to third States outside the EU.

Art. 6 Data retention period

Your personal data will not be kept longer than the time necessary for the purposes described above.

As a general rule, records in the context of contractual relations are kept for a period of 10 years from the end of the contractual relationship.

However, we may retain your personal data for another period, depending on one of the following periods: (i) as long as necessary for our day-to-day business; (ii) any retention period required by law; or (iii) the end of the period during which a dispute or investigation may arise.

Art. 7 Your rights

You have several rights to the information that we hold about you. We wish to inform you that you have the right:

• to obtain confirmation that we process your personal data and to request a copy of the personal data that we hold about you;
• to request that we update the personal data that we hold about you, or that we correct personal data that you consider inaccurate or incomplete;
• to request that we erase the personal data that we hold about you, or that we restrict the way in which we use such personal data if you consider that there is no (more) legal basis for their processing by us;
• to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data (to the extent that such processing is based on consent);
• to receive a copy of your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine readable format and to transmit such personal data to another party (to the extent that the processing is based on consent or a contract);
• to object to the processing of your personal data for which we use the legitimate interest as a legal basis; in such a case, we will stop the processing unless we have legitimate and compelling reasons for the processing.

Art. 8 Security of your data

We implement strict technical and organisational (security) measures to protect your information from unauthorised access and against unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction and damage both online and offline.

These measures include:

• administrative and technical controls to restrict access to personal data on the basis of the "need to know" principle (passwords);
• technological security measures, including firewalls, encryption and anti-virus software;
• the blocking of access codes in case of loss or theft of devices.

Although we use appropriate security measures as soon as we have received your personal data, the transmission of data - especially on the internet (including by email) - is never completely secure. We strive to protect personal data, but we cannot guarantee the security of any data transmitted to or by us.

Art. 9 No automated decision

We do not make any automated decisions.

Art. 10 Changes to this privacy policy

We may change or amend this privacy policy at any time. Any changes that we may have to make to this privacy policy in the future will be posted on this page. In order to inform you when we make changes to this privacy policy, we will update the revision date at the top of this page. The new, changed or amended personal data policy will apply from this revision date. Please check for changes or additions on a regular basis.
